Steven Rice – Trainer and Consultant, North Los Angeles County

After over 25 successful years in sales, management and coaching, Steven Rice decided in 2008 to join the STI team and turn his gifts and skills toward training others. We are pleased to have him representing STI. His primary focus is customized training for corporations with 10 or more sales people and/or service staff.

With a seasoned business background including commercial credit and collections, P&L responsibility for a $30 million per year branch office of Westinghouse, and having been instrumental in building a start-up media manufacturing company to over $40 million a year in sales in less than 10 years, Steven combines extensive practical business experience and sales expertise to give you the best of both worlds with a strong emphasis on how to improve the bottom line.

Personable and a great facilitator, Steven’s easy going style places participants at ease quickly so they become involved in the training easily and ensures that they take away from the training a strong set of tools that will help them get results that contribute to the bottom line.
