Steve has over 20 years of service and sales leadership experience. He has proven himself successful at creating growth and differentiation for companies through their sales strategy and its execution. Steve has advised on and personally led the deployment of sales processes and practices including compensation and incentives, benchmarking, sales automation, value proposition development, account planning, and professional development initiatives. His professional consulting experience includes sales process training and personal development. He also consults in the area of developing sales cultures for organizations and recognizing revenue opportunities in the field service and call center environments.
Since 1997, classrooms full of eager students have benefited from Steve's dynamic instruction. Whether the topic is technical in nature or personal growth and development oriented, participants enjoy the learning process. His contagious enthusiasm ensures the practice of the content in their lives long after the course is over. In his evaluation of a company with which he would affiliate to offer sales and customer service training, he found STI to have the content and positioning that he was looking for to augment his particular attitude about “proper” training for his clients.
