The series consists of nine (9) videos (VHS or DVD) and participants' workbooks (with quizzes and follow-up assignments), that can be used for self-study and/or classroom interaction. Each video contains a moderator presentation backed up by professionally acted vignettes illustrating "real life" insurance sale situations. They are strategically placed in the program to capture the concepts in a believable manner. This creates high levels of buy-in, longer attention spans and keeps the program interesting and intriguing at all times.
The final video of the series demonstrates the entire sales call and serves as an emulation model for selling the QUAD-TRAK way. A set of four (4) audiotapes (or CDs) that are a "soundtrack" from the videos is also available for reinforcement.
